The following are some recommendations for caring for your arrangements.
- Make sure vases are very clean.
- Use fresh lukewarm water with cut flower preservative.
- Cut the flower stems under water at an angle using a sharp knife or floral cutters. Remove all leaves that are below water level after cutting the stems.
- Place the flowers in an area that is not exposed to direct sunlight or near any heat source as it will shorten the life of the flowers.
- Remove any flowers that are starting to wilt.
- Keep flowers away from any fruit.
- Check the water level regularly and add flower preservative as needed.
